Product Description
Aluminum billets are cylindrical logs of aluminum alloy that serve as the raw material for extrusion processes and other metal forming operations. Our billets are produced using high-quality aluminum ingots through a direct chill casting process, ensuring uniform chemical composition and microstructure throughout the cross-section.
We offer aluminum billets in various alloys including 6061, 6063, 6082, and 7075, with diameters ranging from 3 inches to 16 inches. Custom diameters and lengths can be produced to meet specific customer requirements. Our billets undergo rigorous quality control including ultrasonic testing, chemical analysis, and mechanical property testing.
